Return, Refund Replacement Policy
1. Food Safety First
Since our products are freshly made sweets, returns are not accepted once delivered.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo proof.
We will either replace the product or issue a refund (depending on the situation).
3. Refund Time
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.
